(Per Lobster Roll)
1. After steaming and cooling, remove lobster meat from shell and dice into medium/large sized chucks.
3. In a small bowl, mash avocado. I use a small potato masher for this purpose.
6. Butter both side of bun and sprinkle with garlic powder.
7. Sear each side to a golden brown.
9. Gently fill bun with lobster mixture and if desired give an extra squeeze of lemon of lime.
I recommend this be served beside a wonderful Cole Slaw or Summer Slaw, and perhaps, your favorite brew.
