I love fast food. I really do.
But I would venture to guess my idea of fast food differs greatly from that of most folks. I say this because when I'm talking fast food, I'm definitely not talking McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's.
My idea of fast food is not merely a meal that can be prepared in 15 to 20 minutes, but one with a depth of flavor that tastes like it took much longer to develop.
This is one of my favorites combining two prominent flavors - broccoli rabe and anchovies.
