- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 quart cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp basil leaves
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- Heat butter in a large skillet over high heat until it foams. Add tomatoes and toss.
- Sprinkle with sugar and shake pan back and forth for approximately 3 minutes or so to form a shiny glaze.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately as vegetable side dish, or perhaps even, a garnish.
