This is a recipe I was served recently when at the home of my friend, Chef Lawrence Rosenberg, who just happens to be the founder and mastermind behind the company that brings you those delicious chocolate-covered bacon goodies, "Bacon Bites" (you can read his Foodidude Exclusive™ here). These Maple Glazed Bacon Steaks were so mouth-wateringly delicious, that I simply had to make them myself in my own kitchen.
