My greatest and most memorable family interaction always happens either in the kitchen or around the dinner table. So, when you have a family and you want to start a new lifestyle of clean eating, it can be hard! Who doesn't like certain foods or food flavors and textures; who is a big junk food or sweet eater, or perhaps, maybe someone just isn't on board at all. It is wise to not scare them, so I can't stress enough to convert them slowly. In truth, most of the time you can without them even knowing!
Swapping things little by little, baking treats instead of buying them, and cooking the foods they like but putting a clean spin on them is often the best way to go about it.
