Depending on how they are made and what ingredients are used, salads can be an easy way to get a variety of nutrients that you need each day to attain peak physical condition. Thinking in this manner, the thing I consider most important and will never omit from my salad is a protein!!!
Here is a great recipe for a clean Chicken Salad that you are sure to love! It makes enough to share with the whole family (of course, depending on the size of your family!) and if they don't like it served on a bed of greens, then a healthy bread will do just as well!
