The freezer was overflowing. Looking for something resulted in little more than an avalanche of frozen items rolling out the door and onto the floor. I sighed and started sorting items out.

I laid these delectable items out to thaw, and flipped through some old recipes I'd collected over the years.
Suddenly, there it was! Jambalaya.
It seemed like just the right thing for a cool Spring supper. Of course, I rarely make anything exactly the way a recipe lays it out, so here is how I went about doing it.
